In October 2006 the claimant (“Geofizika”), a Croatian company involved in geophysical and seismic work in the oil and gas industry, agreed to buy from the defendant (“MMB”), an English company, three Land Rover ambulances for delivery to Libya where Geofizika was carrying out seismic work.
In 2003 Timberwest agreed to sell a quantity of logs to Harwood Products Inc.
