On 26 September 2003 the US District Court for SDNY issued a contempt order ruling that Guangzhou Zhen Hua Shipping Co Ltd was in contempt of court in failing to proceed with London arbitration (see LMLN 631 - 23 January 2004). The contempt order did not address Titan's request for its attorney's fees.
