The claimant was the owner of the passenger catamaran Millenium City. It brought a claim for damages against the defendant (“TfL”), the owner of Westminster Bridge, in respect of damage to the vessel following a collision on the evening of 25 January 2008 between the vessel and part of the buttress structure of the bridge.
