The vessel Vogerunner was chartered by disponent owners Transfeld ER Cape Ltd (“Transfeld”) to Billion Gain Enterprise Co (HK) Ltd (“BG”), on an amended NYPE form expressly governed by English law. The vessel was delivered to BG at Qingdao, China, on 2 March 2009. On delivery, she had on board 895.30 mt of IFO. The vessel then proceeded to Singapore to take on more bunkers.
