The plaintiff was the charterer of the vessel Sunny Glory from Sunwoo Merchant Marine (Sunwoo MM). Disputes arose under the charter and the plaintiff arrested the vessel Chenebourg . At the time of the arrest, the Chenebourg was under demise charter to Sunwoo MM, who had time-chartered her to Swiss Marine Corporation Ltd (“SMC”).
